其中，毯坯采用生物基PA56材料代替传统石油基PA6材料，发泡附件采用环保型聚氨酯发泡技术，使用蓖麻油生物基聚醚，解决以往高生物基含量材料在物理性能上的瓶颈，确保压缩永久变形、断裂伸长率和硬度等性能指标上依然保持高标准。
此款产品可应用于多种汽车聚氨酯发泡地毯，如针刺发泡地毯、簇绒发泡地毯。通过低碳材料与环保工艺的深度融合，诺博汽车致力于打造更环保、更舒适、更清新的座舱环境，引领绿色出行新风尚。

This approach overcomes the previous limitations of high bio-content materials in terms of physical performance, ensuring that key properties such as compression set, elongation at break, and hardness meet high standards.
